Get your project evaluated.
Your contractor will evaluate your property for project scope and usage; property zoning, boundaries and subdivision lines; topography; access to utilities and sewage; and other factors important to designing your project.
Define your GigaCrete building system.
Your contractor will also define how your GigaCrete package -- which is a complete system with pre-engineered panels, steel studs and coatings -- needs to be customized to fit your project.
Get a solid price quote and project timeline.
After evaluating all these factors, your contractor now has everything they need to work up an estimate and timeline for your project design-build. Building with GigaCrete is much faster than standard concrete builds, and does not require skilled labor, so you’ll save time and money.
Your GigaCrete building system is delivered right to the build site.
Once your contractor has purchased your GigaCrete building system, your materials arrive pre-engineered and pre-cut right to your build site.

GigaHouse™ packages, which include GigaPanels™, PlasterMax™ and StuccoMax™ or their equivalent can be customized for any architectural design, size and layout. Your GigaHouse™ arrives at the build site as a complete building system with pre-engineered parts made at our GigaCrete factory in Guam, and cut to specification.
Our model home packages are already pre-approved for compliance with all U.S. federal codes, which reduces permitting time dramatically, speeding up your final move-in date.
